Returns & Exchanges

• General Policy: Due to the nature of our print-on-demand service, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products ordered in the wrong size, color, or if the customer changes their mind. We encourage customers to review their order carefully before finalizing their purchase
  
  
• Change of Mind: Regrettably, our return policy does not cover buyer's remorse since all our items are printed specifically for each order. Consequently, we cannot issue a full refund for such cases.
  
  
• Size guidance:
  We encourage our customers to choose their sizes carefully to ensure the best fit
  All our items come with a clear sizing guide to be sure you get the right size and we encourage you to measure yourself accurately.
  Please do not order multiple sizes of the same item to see which one fits, as we will not accept returns or refunds in this case. 
  
  
• Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please contact us within 14 days of product delivery for a replacement or a refund. To process your request, we require a clear photo demonstrating the issue with the item.
  
  
• The first step is to email us at contact@NicuNurseShop.om and explain why you want to return the item. This must be done within 14 days of receiving the item.
  
  
• All items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  
  
• Approval Required: Prior approval is required for all returns. Do not send items to us without obtaining our approval first. Unapproved returns will not be accepted
  
  
• Items sent to us without our prior consent will not be accepted and will not be considered as part of the returns process.
  
  
• Print Variations: Minor variations in print placement are not considered defects.
