Domestic Shipping (USA and US Territories)
Please allow up to (2) business days for order processing and up to ten (10) business days for your order to reach you, starting from the shipment date. Occasionally, external factors like adverse weather conditions, mail service backlogs, or incomplete/incorrect addresses may lead to delays beyond the estimated delivery dates. It is important to note that customers are responsible for any fees or charges incurred if an order needs to be reshipped due to an incomplete or incorrect address, including the cost of a new shipping fee.

Shipping rates are determined based on the package's weight and your location. We offer shipping options through USPS (postal) and FedEx. The shipping rate charged by the chosen carrier is not within our control.
International Shipping
For international orders (outside of the USA), please allow up to (2) business days for order processing and up to thirty (30) business days for your order to reach you, starting from the shipment date. Similar to domestic shipping, external factors like adverse weather conditions, mail service backlogs, or incomplete/incorrect addresses may cause delays beyond the scheduled delivery dates. Customers are responsible for any fees or charges incurred if an order must be reshipped due to an incomplete or incorrect address.

Your local government may impose import duties and/or Value Added Taxes (VAT) on imported shipments. Please note that these fees are not enforced by us and are beyond our control. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, and/or customs fees required for the release of your shipment. We are obligated to declare the accurate monetary value on all international shipments and cannot accommodate requests to suppress the order's value on the customs sticker or label it as a gift.
We are not liable for packages held by customs, and customers are solely responsible for adhering to all laws related to the importation of materials purchased from our website. Any fees or charges incurred if a shipment is refused or returned to us are the customer's responsibility. In some instances, international orders may require additional processing time as we verify payment information. Our Customer Service may contact international customers to request additional authorization before shipping an order.
Shipping rates for international orders are based on weight and your location, with options for USPS (postal) and FedEx. If you choose USPS (postal), your order will be handled by the US Postal Service, which will then pass it on to your country's customs. After customs clearance, the package will be forwarded to your country's postal service for final delivery.
